What is the Collector Caves Cancellation Policy?
Orders may be cancelled within 24hrs of the order confirmation. This is based on the order confirmation date, not the date of product release or payment.
ANY CANCELLATIONS PAST 24 HRS OF THE ORDER CONFIRMATION DATE WILL BE CHARGED A 15% RESTOCKING/PRE-ORDER FEE
Can I return my order?
We only accept returns on damaged, defected products or incorrect items. If in stock we will send another, if out of stock you may transfer your funds to another product of choice. All returns must be sent back first for exchanges.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to leave our warehouse for shipping when all items come in stock. Remember that Media Mail, Priority Mail and Standard Mail are types of USPS Shipping Methods. It does not mean that your order will be expedited within the warehouse. All shipments will be packed with extreme caution.
When will I have to pay for my Pre-order?
Immediately upon ordering. Once the shipment has arrived, we will send you an email notifying you and later update you when we have shipped your item. In the case of a cancellation please see our cancellation policy.
Why should I Pre-order an item?
When you place a pre-order with NYCollector Cave, we will reserve that item for you from our incoming shipment. In some cases our shipments pre-sellout so only customers who pre-order with us are able to receive the items due to us not having any extra stock to list for normal 'in-stock' sales. All pre-orders ship 2-3 business days after the individual items release date. (Unless we receive the item after its release date.)
Can I cancel a Pre-order?
Unfortunately any items that are purchased as a pre-order do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, and/or cancellations. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause but this is our new policy.

We take great pride in the courteous and quick resolution of issues concerning your order. Stolen Items or missing packages
Collector Cave is not responsible for any stolen packages or items once shipped. It’s your sole responsibility to make sure you track and secure your packages. If you’re in an area where this is common, please add signature requirements to your shipping options at check out.
